I was mostly happy with Moros services. I ordered leathered slate countertop material from Ann Sacks and Moros made and installed the kitchen countertop. Sales team was very friendly and responsive. The install team did not do a great job- drilled the sink holes in the wrong place, broke the countertop and tried to cover it up and not say anything, and left a pretty big mess for me to clean up. Marty was helpful in sending a repair team (Luis) that was much more professional, and he gave me a 14% discount on the work to account for the install issues.

Cannot recommend Moros more highly. Friendly and professional and they do amazing work. We had a few small issues come up and Moros resolved everything quickly and beyond our expectations. Moros provides a top tier level of customer service that’s hard to find anywhere.

We received quotes from three different fabricators for kitchen and bathroom countertops. Moros came in below the other estimates, and working with them to choose materials and make design choices was simple. It only took a few weeks to get on the templating schedule and then a few more weeks to schedule installation, which took one day. Everyone was kind and professional, and we are super happy with the results. Thank you all again!
