Great experience working with Justin- he took care of three toilet installations, two
Of which were correcting the work of a prior plumber. Also got the old valves replaced. Good communication, timely arrival, thoughtful work. The work looks great, toilets are working nicely, and he was a joy to have working in my home.
Justin rushed over immediately for a sewer line backup in the commercial building that affected 6 business. The most impressive part was how quickly he was able to determine where the backup was happening from and the best place to access the back up. after just 13-15ft of snaking a camera down the drain he found the object causing the backup. He helped arrange a mitigation service to be there onsite as well as they extracted over 100 gallons of back up gray water out of the units and saving them from further damage.
His communication, experience, knowledge and ability to connect all the pieces on this project so quickly and efficiently deserve an 11/10 service.
