This is the first time I’ve ever had to take an animal to a best and I can say this was definitely a smooth a confident experience overall. I have an ornate box turtle who has been a little sluggish lately and not coming out of her covered shelter. Turns out it’s just a little too cold in her enclosure and we have to switch some things up in her environment. Today she seems a lot more active and alert. Dr. Sofia and her assistant Shannon we both very helpful, informative, and gentle with her care/nail trim. Took my senior dog here to establish care since moving here. However, life took its course and fast. Dr. Julia and the staff were so comforting, caring, and extremely professional during the euthanasia process. If I ever do decide to get another pup I’ll be going back here for all care.
everyone here is SO kind and knowledgeable. was able to get in last minute on the same day for my kitty cat, and they easily set me up for a follow up the next day, and called me over the weekend with lab results. they took great care of my girl
