“We hired 3R Roofing to reroof our whole house. Five and a half years later the flashing on our skylight failed. The warranty was 5 years, so they charged us a fix it.... Otherwise, the work they did on our roof was good. I have spoken with other companies, and they said they would have fixed it up to 10yrs after installation, so just be aware that they go by the book instead of accommodating valued clients. We will probably go with someone else next time.“
