I have used Garvins twice for plumbing needs. From setting the appointment with Julie to the pre-call with plumber James everything has been organized. professional and fairly priced. James put on shoe covers without me asking (very uncommon for vendors to have/bring or even ask if clients want them to be worn in property). He diagnosed the issues and helped me understand the best course of action. I will be using Garvins again soon for future plumbing and drain cleaning needs. A family business where they truly care and clean drains not bank accounts.

Garvin's was great to deal with and their technician, Caleb, was 1st rate. He was very contientious, hard working, and solved our basement sewer mystery (and misery!) He responded the same day and via the septic tank used his 2" snake to remove a main drain blockage. He then used a smaller snake to clear a utility drain blockage. He then used his camera to verify that all the drains from various parts of the house were all functional. Finally, he sonar located our drain elbow to see if our wet carpet seep corresponded to the elbow location. It didn't! The sewer line wasn't even located under our carpet seep. Called Garvin's again after they scoped my sewer line and snaked my toilet and sink. Very reasonably priced and delivered a useful video of the scope. I was very impressed by their prompt service and communications. Called again several years later for three faucet replacements, two of which were a bit more complicated. James B. Was the one who worked the three jobs. I found him to be knowledgeable, patient and extremely customer oriented. He communicated well , explaining issues and progress. I would highly recommend Garvin's and especially James. Thank you so much!
