I'm visiting for a month and wanted to get my nails done. I was so grateful they were able to fit me in at the last minute.

Despite being a busy shop with appointments waiting, I never felt rushed. So many nail salons I've been to over the years simply go through the motions to get to the next client, and you can feel it. That wasn't the experience here. I genuinely felt like a valued customer from start to finish.

As a business owner myself in the wellness service industry, I'm a stickler for customer experience and hold a very high standard. They absolutely exceeded it. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They run such a smooth operation, and it shows in every interaction.

What impressed me most was the attention to the little things. They had a small refrigerator stocked with complimentary bottled water for clients, and when I asked if they happened to have a phone charger, they immediately offered one. Those thoughtful touches say a lot about how much they care about the customer experience.

On top of that, their prices were very fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. It's refreshing to find a business that delivers outstanding service, beautiful work, and great value.

The only disappointing part is that they're not in Florida! But whenever I'm back in the area, this will absolutely be one of my first stops.

I highly recommend JLounge, especially for people like me who have sensitive nails. The products at JLounge are created or selected to not be so harsh like you find in most regular nail salons. These harsh chemicals just don't work for me.

The shop is clean, the nail tech was very nice and made good conversation with me. I wanted to get Cat Eye polish, but I did not see any, but I also did not ask if they had any.
