“In case you need a reminder that good and kind people still exist in this world: I found Jacob in my hour of need. Just had surgery and hadn’t been able to wash my hair yet, got to him looking like a whole greaseball. I had called probably 5 different places and nobody could squeeze me in just for a hair wash, but he said hey, if you can get here I can get you washed quickly (I think while his actual client had her dye processing). He met me with sympathy, kindness, and absolutely no judgement on the state of my hair.

Other stylists have told me my hair is difficult to cut, due to it being thick and somewhat wiry, so I have a hard time finding people who are able to cut it to what I consider a decent standard.
