INCREDIBLY GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! Alex from Planet Plumbing came to my house on a Sunday to help me with a mainline drainage issues. What an amazing experience. He was kind, respectful, conscientious, and knowledgeable. Alex stayed on site until we were 100% certain that problem was completely resolved in both my house and my tenants house. I could not have asked for better experience. Not only will I forever be a loyal Planet Plumbing client, I will ALWAYS request that Alex be my tech.

Easy to schedule, solid communication about arrival and part status and a thoughtful flushing of our on-demand tank and replacement of filter....without judgement (it had been a while). I will happily call again as needed!
