So happy Mike came out to give us a second opinion. I felt the first person who inspected our sewer was fear mongering and sure enough, we didn't need to dig out our basement and spend thousands on a repair. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Mike took the time to explain what he found and gave us an honest assessment without trying to sell us on unnecessary work. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely has the customer’s best interest in mind. Highly recommend!
Outstanding experience!! Max identified and fixed a leaky gas line on our cooktop. He was exceptionally professional and courteous - I'd give him 6 stars if I could! This was our second service call with Planet Plumbing - both have been great.
Planet Plumbing saved my bacon! Other sewer companies quoted thousands for expensive repairs and I knew they were full of it - turns out I just needed a good cleaning. I will be calling Planet Plumbing for an annual sewer cleaning each year and also they are now my regular plumbing company for anything else I need. I appreciate their honesty. Thanks Mike!
