I was not sure what to expect but Usman was so incredibly kind and helpful. Physically I felt amazing after an ice plunge, sauna, and float. Mentally, I left feeling so grateful. I recommend this experience to anyone that would like an emotional and physical boost!

I have been to isolate a couple times now and I give it my highest regard. The staff and ownership are great, facility is clean, and also has some of the nicest equipment I've used at any float center. Really big bonus to have a cold plunge and red light sauna. I always leave feeling incredibly rejuvenated and satisfied. Highly Recommended!

I have always struggled with any type of meditation. The staff here are amazing. They walked me through everything and were very patient with me. The location is very clean and set up as a true spa, and the new services they are offering are also top notch.
