Went in with a lower bulging disc. The Adio crew helped me go from unable to walk or sit, to hiking and moving around better than before! Highly recommend for anyone suffering from spinal injuries!

After I moved to Boulder I had neck tension and was experiencing a lot of stress. Since going to Adio I've been sleeping well with little to no tension and experience way less stress. My 4 year old comes to my appointments with me and plays and will soon be a patient too. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I love it there!
