“I contacted Norm's plumbing to remove and replace a (3) handle bath tub fixture where I had already removed the wall covering. After emailing some photos of the old to be removed and the new fixture to be installed, Ernie quoted me a reasonable price but said he was booked for the next 5-6 weeks. Briefly after that, I got a call saying that Doug could respond in about (3) weeks. He arrived within the agreed time frame (9-10am) and did an efficient and professional job in less time than the original estimate. Therefore, the price was adjusted downward. James put on shoe covers without me asking (very uncommon for vendors to have/bring or even ask if clients want them to be worn in property).
