Bodhi Hair & Dreadlocks

I often delay on getting my haircut because I have wild thick curly hair and most stylists I go to who claim they can cut curly hair, can in fact cut my hair, but almost never cut it well. Jessie at Bodhi Locks is the exception. Every part about my experience at Bodhi Locks was positive. Jessie does a lot of technical hair work with dreadlocks, and I can see her work is very detailed and sometimes takes longer than planned. I'm Jessie's client and she is amazing! I have also seen Jamal do beautiful things while I sit in the chair getting my locs tightened. The salon is comfortable, always smells neutral (even when people are getting chemical treatments), and all of the staff is engaging and sweet. I highly recommend!

Just thought I’d give a plug to this fantastic shop. My daughter had gotten a curling comb so caught in her hair that she couldn’t get it out. On her first day of middle school! After trying for hours we hit up a few salons and they said they were going to have to cut it out. As a last resort we stopped by Bodhi. And Greg, with meticulous patience, got it all untangled without cutting. She was so thrilled! They really went the extra mile helping out a girl walking in off the street. Can’t thank them enough.
