I have been seeing Julie in 2018. She is an expert acupuncturist with very refined understanding of herbs as well as supplements (functional medicine) and diet. She has a remarkable ability to get to the bottom of a situation. In cases where other practitioners have missed important details, she is able to ask the right question to make the best diagnosis. She is kind and clear and very precise. If I could give her ten stars, I would!

Julie is extremely thoughtful and kind. She listens to your concerns and suggests solutions to a wide range of medical problems. She was able to clear a longstanding case of laryngitis through use of Chinese remedies when the ENT doctor could not help. She successfully assisted my elderly father with a sore knee . She figured out why my digestion was off and helped me stabilize it. Her acupuncture has assisted me with various sore areas. I recommend her without reservation.

Dr Julie is an authentic Chinese Medicine Doctor, herbalist and acupuncturist, who actually trained in China and blends custom herbs based on her patient's unique body constitutions and symptoms. I tried a Boulder practitioner before her, but was put off because she gave out stock blends of pre-formulated herbs (meaning she had a one-size-fits-all approach for each patient) and I didn't see results. When I saw Dr Julie the first time, I brought her the blend, and without being critical of the other practitioner, she explained that the stock blend was dangerous for my constitution as I run deficient, and any healing mix would restore not deplete me (among other things!)… read full review
