Absolutely pleased with tree trimming and pruning jobs Ideal Tree performed on our mature Locust and Silver Maple trees. Lance and Lloyd provided a thorough and reasonable estimate and brought a terrific team to move patio furniture and get the job done, in spite of unusually hot weather. Lance climbed through each section of the tree canopies to identify storm damaged branches and rot - and there was more than met the eye. The result are two trees that have never looked more healthy and balanced - and are less likely to drop heavy branches on our house and property in a windstorm. A friend recommended Ideal so I used them for a competitive bid. They had a better price and did a great job climbing and thinning a blaze maple as well as doing a cleanup on a dozen or so trees including nasty Hawthornes. Normally I would do this myself, except the climbing, but it was nice to see it done so quickly and efficiently. Lance and his crew did a great job, more attention to detail and more work than I expected from their quote. I’m very happy to have met them.
I’ve used Lance and the crew at Ideal Tree a number of times: storm-damaged limbs, maintenance trimming, and removal of diseased and borer-infested ash trees. They’re always professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Most notably for me, Lance has an eye for artfully shaping a tree canopy - he spent a half day on shaping and cleaning up a scruffy locust tree and turned it into a centerpiece of our front yard landscaping. Highly recommended!
