I needed a spare key for a truck I had just purchased and the company that produced the key had a list of authorized locksmiths you could use. City Lock was the closest to me geographically so that is how I made my choice. Jeff was great to deal with and explained to me what I needed to know about this type of key. The whole process took less time than it was supposed to and the key works as it should. Jeff even had the blank key with the vehicles logo.I found Jeff to be very personable and knowledgeable. Reviews should never be personal like Deane wrote and I assure you I was neither a relative or friend of Jeff. I will do business with City Lock in the future should the need arise.
Jeff at City Lock was incredibly kind, caring and generous to me yesterday. Over the telephone, which he actually answered, he patiently walked me through my problem troubleshooting my issues step by step. And guess what? In less than 10 minutes my door lock was locking and unlocking again! In other places, a guy would have come out, done what I did myself, and then charged me at least $200.00. I feel so lucky that I found Jeff at City Lock. You should call him too. By the time the other companies called me back my door was all fixed and I hadn't spent a dime!
