I am a new client to Ember Salon in Boulder & I can not say enough about this beautifully posh salon. As soon as you walk in you relax, because the atmosphere is so warm & inviting, chill & exquisite. I loved it immediately! My stylist is Shannon Leigh (& I hope she will be my stylist forever) who welcomed me, listened to my concerns, & explained her process. My hair is long, difficult to color, & was in bad shape when I arrived. I left with the perfect color, my hair felt so soft, & I felt amazing! I started with Ember for hair styling for myself and my bridesmaids, but specifically I wanted to get curly, sew-in extensions for the first time. I was so lucky to fall into the incomparable hands of Shannon, who color matched my extensions perfectly and taught me so much about how to care for curly hair in general. While at Ember for my hair appointments, I learned about their esthetician Erica, and also started going for dermaplaning, facials, and lash/brow tints. In the same way Shannon totally changed my hair, Erica changed my skin completely and it has never looked so good in my life! I’ve been going to Jamie on and off for 17 years now. Goodness I’m getting older!I started going to this location when it was a tiny room and watched her turn it into a massive multi service location.Even when I moved away 2 1/2 years ago every 6 months I would come back to see her. Now that I live in Cheyenne I see her every 6-8 weeks by choice/to catch up. Even my daughter (while not often) comes to get her yearly haircut!There’s one thing I truly believe is a price can not be but on a wonderful hair stylist even when they know the good/bad/and ugly!Big shout out to Jamie and the whole Ember staff!
