I used to see KJ but when she stopped working weekends, it wasn’t until this week that I got to schedule with her again. She is so friendly and personable that it makes the visit quick and easy to get through.

Since I’m interning in Boulder this summer, I decided to use one of my Wax Passes here with Mia, and she was absolutely amazing!! I’m usually a little nervous trying a new wax specialist because I have pretty stubborn hair, especially if it’s been a while since my last wax. Mia completely exceeded my expectations. She was very skilled and made the experience so much more comfortable than I expected, which kept me distracted the whole time. If you’re booking at this location, I highly recommend asking for Mia. She was fantastic!

Mackenzie is absolutely the best. However I will never go back to European Wax Center because of the front desk person. Extremely disrespectful to my wishes when I said I was not interested in signing up for a membership. Ignored me and continued trying to sell me 3 more times. I felt disrespected and harassed. I will not be back.
