We received a quote from another company for $28,000 after they said we needed a complete replacement of the main sewer line. Thank goodness I called Dr. Drain - not only did they say they could do that same work for $14,000, but also that they could do a quick fix that would last years for $1360. Jordon from Dr. Drain responded to my leak almost immediately. I had received a call from Left Hand about a significant leak. After waiting 2 days for Left Hand to come out, I called Jordon. I immediately identified the problem was a faulty transponder at the meter and that there was no leak. He is responsible, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend his company
Tech was very knowledgeable on my system and covered various options for me to go forward with to resolve the current issue. Prompt, courteous, and attentive. Still waiting for the bids I did pay for the video inspection of the sewer line. 200 bucks, which if I go with the bid, will come off the total repair.
