They both were very professional and did a great job with the tinting. My previous visit under previous ownership was bad, but this place has a new owner, Larry, and is definitely worth a visit because now they have the A-team working here.

Ken's a fantastic instructor. He is extremely patient and encouraging, and he adjusts lessons to align with student interests. I felt very comfortable coming here, even on days I didn't feel like talking. The only trouble I had was figuring out what to learn next, but this was no longer a problem after diverging into music theory and different genres. Just go in with an idea of what you want to cover.

I feel so thankful to have found Vicky! I have been very self conscious about some bumps that began to come up on my face over the last 8-10 years. It was all I saw when I looked in the mirror. She was able to treat them and the surface of the skin on my face is so much better! At my age of 57, I barely have to wear any makeup trying to hide inperfections on my face anymore. After so many years of being disappointed in what I saw in my mirror, iam so much happier and have more confidence. Vicky also fixed my eyebrows, which were first done badly by a physician somewhere else. They were not shaped correctly, with one side angled completely wrong. They were also done the wrong color, which healed a gray ashy color. I have light to medium brown hair, so I was penciling over them. I spent the money to first get them done so I wouldn't have to do that. Vicky fixed them, and I am so much happier with how they look now. She is such a wealth of knowledge, which she shares with newer people in her field through education and training. It is very obvious she loves what she does. How she informed me before my appointments, and educated me what to expect during and after, left me with no questions or concerns as I went through the healing process. I am a Registered Nurse, so I pay attention to education, risks and benefits with any type of procedure done. She will always have my 100% trust and confidence. I highly recommend Vicky and her skills and will be keeping her contact information close as I continue to try and age gracefully.

I was introduced to Latora by a very dear friend and each time I feel very grateful for crossing paths with Latora.I met her 9 years ago at a time when I had given up on my permed hair as it was damaged from another hair dresser I had been going to, with some areas of bald patches and uneven hair length, dry and lackluster. Through careful management, love and patience hair grew back evenly . Latora put me on kids relaxer for my perm( JUST FOR ME) and I made sure to listen and take all the advice given from her as a professional( perm,condition, trim, and color)She got to understand and feel my hair texture and put me on really mild hair products. Took my son to get a re-twist on his locs. Live in Martinez and had to go to Antioch which for me is far...lol but it was totally worth it ! Met Lola at her loctition and she was amazing. She started by washing and drying his hair then started re- twisting..she was very gentle, I know because my son is tender headed.Nice quiet space in a big building, you never have to worry about waiting, she's prompt and worth every penny. It was a Sunday appointment and she had her son with her this day (he's adorable), she ordered pizza and asked if we would like some, which was very nice !! I have been coming here for more then 2 years now. I only come here because one of the barbers knows how to do a military/buzz cut and his name is Scott. For any other haircuts there is another barber who can help get the haircut you want. Great relaxing atmosphere and reasonably priced haircuts for $25 for men.

Second time coming here for a GelX manicure and they did not disappoint!! First time around the owner of the shop, Kim, did my nails and lasted me for over 5 weeks before one of my extensions fell off. I came back to get a new set, and this time around I had a new nail tech, Tee (I believe that was her name?). She was actually able to keep my previous extensions on and filled them in for the new set, which saved us some time (and money!). The nail salon is so cute, clean, relaxing, and very spacious! Their pricing is extremely reasonable in my opinion, especially for the quality and how long the nails last. They also have a large assortment of different colors to choose from. Both Kim and Tee are so friendly and try their best to really make sure you leave the salon happy with your nails. So glad I not only found a nail salon in Concord that does GelX, but one that does a great job at it!

Teresa arrived on time, was professional and a pleasure to talk to. I am going through a difficult time and had been unable to get to a salon in quite some time. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and address some concerns with my nails ( french manicure/pedicure). She did a great job. I will definitely have her return.

I received my first facial in concord area today from alchemy skin lab! I haven’t gotten a facial for two years and I relocated from SF to concord in 2024 so I was in desperate need of one. I spent months trying to find a place but I finally found one and im so happy with the service. The esthetician Mari is wonderful, she was very kind and caring during the whole process of meeting. I got the youthful glow facial and it was very relaxing, I felt clean afterwards and bright as the sun! My facial was amazing and I will be returning for consistent facials as much as I can, not only did I receive compliments afterwards but I feel really confident in my skin again without makeup and that is a must!

Carmen is an expert at her craft! I have seen her for microneedling, dermaplaning, VIPeel (chemical peel) and botox. The treatments she performs are medical grade and I also heal like a snake after intense skincare treatments. She prepared me with aftercare instructions for the best results and I felt comfortable contacting her if I had any questions. My results from Botox was natural soft result for my “bunny”, forehead lines and crows feet - no one can even tell that I had anything done ?
Her place is super cute and clean! Not to mention parking is a breeze.

I told him where I was having trouble and he listened and was super attentive the whole time. He kept checking in to make sure the pressure was OK, and boy is he strong! I have to say this is one of the best massages I've had and I can't wait to come back, it's extremely affordable and well worth the price!

Fantastic service, from start to finish. We called about a leak on Thursday afternoon, and Plumbing Solutions was the only company to pick up *and* send someone out the next day. They identified a leak from a pin-sized hole on one of our copper pipes, and fixed it in the same afternoon. Couldn't have been more thrilled with our service!

After calling numerous places to help us with connection to sewer and septic tank abandonment (which if you are going through this it is quite a stressful process), it was so refreshing to speak with someone who actually wants to help you. Julie, who answers the phone, is incredibly knowledgeable about anything septic or sewer. She explained the entire process throughly to us and gave us all the information we needed. Vince was also incredible. He completed the project fast and efficient. They took into consideration surrounding landscapes and created the best game plan to complete our project. This is my second review for Standard Plumbing, six years after the first one. In 2017 we bought ALL our bathroom and kitchen plumbing supplies, faucets, shower, shower pan, etc from Standard Plumbing. They have been very helpful. Over the years we have enjoyed the newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Six years later, one of the Grohe faucets started to have a very low water flow due to deposits.I went to the store to ask for assistance in buy a replacement part. One of the gentlemen working there, Johnny, has been very helpful. As soon as I provided him with copies of my 2017 purchases, he was able to track down the replacement part, reached out to Grohe and asked them to send us three replacement aerators for the three Grohe faucets. Not only did they send them, but the shipment was free of any charges, since the Grohe faucets have a true lifetime warranty.I really appreciate Johnny's help, so I thought that a nice note on Yelp would show potential customers that they will be in good hands with the Standard Plumbing team in Concord.We will certainly continue to use their services for any of our plumbing supplies needs.Thank you for your help and support, Johnny.

We have been Peshon's customers for many years. They have cleaned our area rugs regularly over the past 15 years. Rugs they have cleaned include several Berber style carpets from Tunisia. These are potentially delicate carpets and they have always done them effectively without color bleed or loss. The Peshons folks come, roll up the carpets and take them away. A week or two later they bring them back looking great. I like the people and I like the service.

I recently used Miracle Carpet care to clean the carpets of a house after moving out. Randy was on-time, gave me an accurate estimate and did an amazing job on the carpets. The job got off a bit roughly when they were late, but they called to explain that one of their electricians had called in sick and they were scrambling to cover all the scheduled jobs. They offered to reschedule me for the following morning or later that same day. I chose later that day and Derek showed up as promised and completed the job in half the time they originally estimated. Everything looked and worked great and the invoice they sent over email that evening was exactly as promised. Everyone at S&B Electric was polite, professional and friendly. It’s always tricky finding the right contractor but in this case Green Group made it easy. Once we contacted them for some roof work, Roy Mol, our dedicated project manager showed up the very next day to review what was needed and provided a quite immediately. Most other contractors we reached out to never actually got back to us which leads me to the second highlight about Green Group. The level of communication provided by Roy and Ailer was excellent. They were always in touch about the status of the project, on-site to inspect the work, and provided updates consistently with a level of white glove service you don’t typically see. The crew was punctual, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. And our porch looks fantastic! 10/10 would recommend (and ask for Roy if you can)

Richard Davis was a professional, kind and very knowledgeable gentleman that provided excellent service.
After 20 years, we suddenly found traces of mice in our home. We decided that we needed a professional or else we'd probably be forever dealing with the problem. We did a search and came across Echobots. We saw good reviews: quick, honest and reasonable prices. So we called for a consultation. Josiah came quickly and, after looking around, gave us a rundown of what he observed and his proposed course of action which made a lot of sense. He also gave us a draft cost estimate which was quite reasonable. He did not pressure us. Instead, he told us that he'll have an estimate typed up for our consideration. Monica sent us the estimate within a day and we approved the work.
When Josiah arrived, he did a thorough inspection around our home, found and fixed the entry points. He showed us where they were and the repairs that he had done. He then set traps around the suspected areas of activities including our attic. He came back to check on us weekly and took care of new developments until there were no traces of activity (two weeks).
Josiah took care in explaining things to us and answering our questions. He and Monica were very pleasant to work with and provided very good communication on next steps so we knew what to expect.
We have no problems recommending Echobots.
I asked Oakland Hills Brush Clearing to come out to give an estimate on getting rid of a lot of poison oak encroaching near our house, and they recommended we have J Spray come out to spray the poison oak beforehand to reduce the risk for the workers (and reduce the overall cost).Dan came out and was helpful, honest, knowledgeable, realistic, and transparent. He was thorough and thoughtful! We definitely will ask J Spray to come out again in the future and we highly recommend them!!!

We recently had Steve and his team complete a major project at our house. We were replacing lawn areas in the front yard and backyard and extending an existing aggregate patio in the back. We also added a large 16' diameter circular brick patio and 6' diameter fire pit in the back. We replanted both the front and backyard with drought tolerant plants and had drip irrigation installed in both areas.
Steve's team, headed by Luis and Francisco, along with Jaime, Jose and Jesus, the mason, were amazing to work with! They arrived on time, worked throughout the day and cleaned up afterwards everyday! Iliana, Steve's office manager was also a joy to work with!
Whenever we had a change, Steve was always considerate of our thoughts and needs and quickly made the changes in conjunction with his team The level of respect that the entire team exhibited was so awesome! We loved seeing them all, everyday, and were actually a little sad when the job was completed.

I can't say enough positive things about Martin and his team, they did impeccable work on all my palms and tropical plants. I contact 3 other companies who were unavailable for 2 months and stated they'd need a week to 2 weeks to complete the job, I searched high and low for a company who can specifically prune and take care of the All the different palms I had along with tropical plants. Not only did Martin come the next day I called, he completed the job in 2 days, my entire neighborhood loved their work they ended up doing our whole street. Atlas Tree Service was fantastic. Mario was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect of “pruning” our large trees. Atlas tree workers were careful, polite and very hard working as they took off huge limbs that had cracked over the years and pruned back our cedar to the required distance for fire code as well as trimming our redwood. I was impressed when the Bartlett truck rolled up to my house right on time; and Ryan Lee’s thoughtful observation and review with his crew before the pruning began.
I thought 8 am might be a bit early for power tools and chipper noise in the neighborhood, but the crew was so quiet as they diligently trimmed with hand saws and pole trimmers.
It wasn’t until about 9:30 when the chipper was turned on to grind the limbs and clean up the yard—a very thoroughly clean up I might add.
Kudos to the Bartlett Tree Experts crew, and thank you for taking such good care of my birch trees.

She fully explains treatment options. She also has a great demeanor. My hygienist, Christine, is outstanding as well. She is thorough, knowledgable, and she also has a great demeanor. I don’t do this very often but I had to take the time to say how wonderful Casa Dental is and Dr. Cassani in particular. The front desk and assistants are always so friendly, helpful, and fast. Huge shout out to Dr. Cassani! I’ve been going to him for awhile now and he always takes the time to answer my questions and walks me through my treatment plans. I can tell he really cares about making my experience at the dentist a positive one. I really appreciate that he is always talking through what he is doing and why. After going to him for a while now, I feel empowered with my dental knowledge that he has given me. I feel like I understand the why behind the plans being presented. Dr. Cassani is also extremely efficient. I’m always so impressed how fast he gets me out of my appointments and as someone who has dental anxiety, this makes things so much easier. The other half of it is that he is the best dentist I have ever had when it comes to being numbed. I can hardly feel it and with tips he’s given me about drinking lots of water after my appointments, I feel like I get feeling back super quick which is so nice! The last thing I’ll say about this guy is that he does immaculate work. Dr. Cassani apparently use to be a violin maker and it shows. His attention to detail catches things that I don’t even see or feel. His fillings always feel and look better than what I was there originally. I can’t tell you how many fillings I have got over the years where dentists didn’t care about if something was left rough or the color didn’t really match. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Cassani. Him and this whole office have my entire trust and confidence!
This review is for Dr Rachel Callaway and her team- wow! They are the greatest. I drive all the way from Oakland to Clayton just to see them. My family had been with Dr Becker since 1993, and Dr Rachel took over the practice when he retired several years ago. He chose the absolute best person he could have- agreed by my whole family, now very much in different phases of our lives. As someone who is sometimes somewhat terrified of dental work, she and her team are that perfect combination of soothing, skilled, professional, and kind. Linda has been our hygienist all these years and we are so lucky to be in her hands- she has that gentle confidence and skill of having done this a long time. When she has not been there, the other hygienists have been fabulous too. A well-oiled machine. To be able to trust dental care is just tremendous. I can't thank them enough.

I've been enjoying my visits with Gloria and Align and Balance Chiropractic. I'm pregnant and I had severe hip pain starting around the middle of my second trimester where I could barely walk. I found her through my insurance, read other great reviews, and saw she was able to work with pregnant women so I decided to give this place a shot. Gloria's adjustments are gentle and effective and my hip pain is relatively gone! I'm in my third trimester now so having normal lower back pain since the baby is growing at a much faster rate. Gloria's weekly adjustments have been life saver where I'm not in an incredible amount of pain and able to keep up with my daily life. Cannot recommend Gloria enough! Additionally, her staff is so kind and makes scheduling appointments so easy. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment to my availability. They are also good with following up on anything. The office is on the street side of Diamond blvd, corner of the building!

Hands down best experience I've had with a Chiropractor and I've been to many different ones prior. Professional, friendly, and the level of transparency he had with me was beyond impressive. Didn't feel rushed or pressured which is super important to me. Oh of course and on top of that he did an amazing job with my adjustments and was very accommodating with some of my insurance coverage concerns, the exact opposite experience of some of the Chiropractors I've been trying to deal with lately(I have been searching for a few weeks now). Highly HIGHLY recommend. Front desk staff is also so sweet. 10/10
They all are extremely interested in personal well being. You’re not just a number or a patient,,, your a person whom they aim to help for the long term. Im new to being under their care but look forward to the journey.
I have been with Adobe Animal Hospital for over 20yrs, through several Kitties.
They are a wonderful caring group of professionals from the front office to Dr. Judy and Dr Kate to the new vets.
My cats are afraid of everyone but me and my husband but they accept and relax with the staff at Adobe.
I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.
My dog Pickle got surgery here for a non descended testicle.Dr Kubika is great,has many yrs of experience. All went well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I must say having to put my sweet boy down, the staff was so Compassionate. We had our appointment 30 min before they closed and quickly realized there was nothing we could do to save our sweet baby. They told us to take as much time before and after. They didn't rush us and we took 2.5 hours after they closed. They never tried to rush us. They even help with the payment. They took what we paid for the vet visit and took it off the price to put him down. I was so thankful that they loved him with us to the end. I went here one other time when he was healthy and they where so sweet with him then too. I don't remember anyone's names. Too sad. But I just want to tell the staff that we there to help my Juno, thank you!
We had an urgent need to see a vet for our elderly dog. They took us in very last minute, and the nurses and vet (Dr. Chhina) were incredibly compassionate and caring. They even called the next morning to check on our dog, and the vet even consulted a neurologist without us asking her to. Unfortunately our dog was doing very badly and we had to euthanize him, but the entire staff was deeply considerate through the whole process, even when my husband and I were a hot mess. Very grateful for this clinic and its team, and their care for our pet when he was suffering.
I've taken my animals to a few different vets over the last 20 years, and Disney is awesome, the whole staff are very nice their prices are decent and my dogs love them, I appreciate them very much and refer my friends to them
We love ABC Veterinary Hospital! They always take good care of our cat. They are very warm and friendly and take the time to explain why something may be a concern or not. They are so kind and gentle with our pet. We feel safe bringing them there knowing they are in good hands!
When I bring my doggy there she gets compassionate and professional treatment. I have been going there over the last three years, I took all the recommendations the doctor gave and my dog benefitted for example, Bella, my dog had extreme itching so the doctor recommended an allergy shot an her Itching and scratching immediately went away. Five stars!!
I can’t recommend Pampered Paws enough. I took my girl there today and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. She was treated with so much kindness, patience, and care, which immediately put me at ease. She corrected the choppiness left by another local groomer and blended her coat so beautifully. The difference was incredible. My pup looked amazing, but even more importantly, she was happy, calm, and clearly well taken care of when I picked her up. I could tell right away how peaceful the environment was, and it truly showed in my dog’s demeanor. It means everything to know your pet is groomed with such genuine compassion. We will definitely be back. Thank you for taking such great care of my girl.
Our husky loves coming here! The staff is so kind, supportive and caring. They take their time and give the dogs great care and attention. I have also brought in poodle mixes and they shape their body and faces very well. Also very reasonable pricing : )
We have been coming to Dirty Dawgs for 3+ years (specifically Shelby). We get the works for my medium short coated girl Cali which includes a de-shed, wash, dry, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal glands expression for a very affordable price. My girl always looks so clean and happy, and doesn't shed for a month afterwards. She almost always leaves with a cute bandana or bow. Highly recommend!

The two guys at the front desk (I think Antonio and Brian) were very professional and friendly. My therapist, Kennadi, was also great. All the little things were done perfectly - pressure, music, checking in, etc. I would highly recommend this location and working with Kennadi.

I hired Monique to perform chair massages for 9 staff members. She came prepared and set the ambiance for their on site experience. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their massages and mentioned how awesome Monique is. I also have personally received massages from her and she definitely left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I have been going to Touch of Class Bodywork for a little over a year. Jason gives the best massages ever! He is insightful, knowledgeable, and passionate, and he really gets to know you and what your needs are. You will not get an "industry standard" massage, unless that is what you want! Best deep tissue massage in the Bay Area.
Lisa is the best! Truly one of a kind and knows how to heal all sorts of issues including tendinitis, back pain, inflammation of the joints. My mom comes here weekly and I come whenever I am in town! If you have any sort of pain in your body, I promise Lisa can fix it!
I think it’s a little weird that they have a “quiet room” that stays open next to front lobby and then the front desk answers all calls on speakerphone. Super loud! I asked at the front desk and she said that’s what they always do. My feedback would be to please close the quiet door or to not answer calls on speakerphone. Clients don’t know they are on speakerphone where everyone can hear them, that can be uncomfortable

I went here for massage therapy for lower back and right leg pain. Unbelievably good.
I had not honestly expected this to last, but these therapist are just amazing at what they do. Muscle cramps almost completely gone, back pain gone, leg pain almost gone, no more headaches, Etc. And the therapist are amazing people to spend an hour with.
I’ve requested more sessions with my doctor.

Office staff is pleasant and caring.. I have seen Ada the therapist for treatment on different occasions. She is very thorough & patient and works with you to achieve your desired results & goal. She is very hands on and very encouraging and gets results.. She has brought me out of pain and has guided me in becoming pain free…. “Magic fingers Ada “ …. My daughter took lessons with Diane through this driving school, and she passed her driving test on her first try with 100%. Diane taught her exactly what she needed to know to pass, with helpful reminders and tips on what she'd be tested on and lots of good lessons for safe driving. My daughter was very comfortable with her, and I'd recommend this driving school to anyone.
Jerry was extremely patient and very informative and I learned a lot from him. He was kind and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone needing the driver training.
