Wow what a rarity to find someone who really understands old school and modern HVAC. Luis is super reliable, communicative, and punctual. Most importantly he’s very resourceful in solving problems - always laying out all options. He fixed a very old drop down heater in a loft and he fixed the HVAC in a Berkeley warehouse . All my friends rely on Luis.

We needed a move-out cleaning fast. Called several places and KLM was the only one called me back. The price was very reasonable, and I accepted without having to bargain. They have a busy schedule but fit us in during the weekend. They worked all day. When they left, they locked the door and sent me videos and pictures. We came back to the house the next day and saw our house became spanking clean. We were delighted.
My guy and his wife did a great job got the job done correctly and wasn't there all day great job he comes every 6-9 mo ths to get me right.

Wow, thanks Steve for coming by my house for a free roofing inspection. Without Steve's advice I would have needed a very expensive new roof in a year or so due to a small hole. My 1st time here. The barber's name is sam cant remember but my brother told me he is a MMA fighter. He is a god of haircut. I had a residing hairline and i told him its up to him to fix it up.! And he did the job done perfectly.! I only have $45 dollars and he didnt even said anything. He just a good barber. More power to you boss sam and thank you.
