Discovered that our heater was dead in the morning and by lunch Lucas had installed our new one. He offered great service and helped inform me on repair / replace optons. I will go back to Water Heaters Only next time I have any issues (hopefully in 15+ more years).

I contacted Water Heaters Inc on a Saturday morning, and had a new water heater installed Sunday morning. All of this was done over a holiday weekend with no rush or holiday fee. The entire process was professional, fast, and easy. Nick answered my initial phone inquiry and was friendly, honest, and thorough when answering my questions. He walked me through all my options without any pressure to commit. He was also very patient with all my questions and explaining the installation. I got… read full review
