Waterheaters responded quickly to a broken water heater and sent out a technician to replace the unit the next day. The technician Lucas was efficient and did a nice job with the replacement.
Water heaters only saved the day in so many ways! Professional, quick, knowledgeable and they sincerely care!When you’re out of hot water and a water heater decides it’s done, you generally need a replacement pretty quickly! I can’t thank enough the staff that helped us to do that! Especially in very cold weather cold showers are always a very hard thing to experience! A huge thanks and shout out to Wesley our technician for going beyond the call of duty to save the day! He is a Superman without his cape! Noticed my water heater was leaking at 10 am on a Saturday. Called Water Heaters Only based on Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. Welsey arrived two hours later and I had a new hot water heater completely installed within two more hours. Wesley knows his business and was very professional, neat, efficient and walked me through everything I needed to know going forward. Would definitely recommend this company.
