Another 5 star review for this company. Excellent customer service. We called for a quote and Jason came the next morning. I had researched to know his quote was fair (and he honored a small on line discount). So we didn't look further, he has the water heater in his truck and we proceeded with the job. Jason was thorough, professional, and friendly. He did a great job and even came back later that day for a small issue that turns out had nothing to do with the water heater! Now that's great customer service. Highly recommend

Saturday morning, I got a notification from my Flume water sensor that there was a leak, about 5 gals/hour. Checked everything, and finally noticed water draining from our utility room, and it was from the pan under the hot water heater. I determined that it was the tank, and the heater was 10 years old, so I called the company that installed it originally, to see about getting a new one. They promised someone would call me back, since they were basically closed. Well, they didn't call back until 5, and told me to call the office Monday morning to schedule service. Extremely quick response, came out to diagnose the issue twice (first time was our mistake, didn’t point out the exact leak) within a few hours. Very reasonably priced, came out just a few days later to install a new heater. Definitely recommend.
