Turned out the OEM capacitor that failed in our 5-year old Trane XR condenser was a lower-end Chinese-made model which Juan replaced with a more robust USA-made capacitor.“

The installation team was great to work with. They answered all my questions, and when challenges came up, they focused on finding solutions without complaining. It was refreshing to work with a team like that. We had an issue with one of the units (not the contractors fault) and I was very happy how they handled it. And I’ve had a chance to use the new heat pump units for both heating and cooling and we are very happy with the performance. I would definitely recommend them.“

I met with Shay for a home consultation recently and was given a comprehensive bid to renovate two bathrooms, a kitchen, and dining room fireplace. He was knowledgeable, detailed and even pointed out potential water damage from an unrelated roof inspection that my husband and I ended up having to handle right away. I interviewed two other contractors and HQR's bid was pretty comparable with consideration of adding the cost of sourced materials. The only reason we did not move forward with renovations was because the roof issue turned into a separate nightmare. But we look forward to working with Shay and the team in the near future. Also, Bella was a delight to talk to over the phone for my first point of contact.“
