“I had a roof leak that I couldn't find, a contractor friend looked at it and couldn't find it. I called Cornell Roofing and Clint Sr. came out and he couldn't find it but patched a couple of spots to try to stop the leak. The next time it rained, it was still leaking so I called Clint and told him that I wanted to get it re-roofed. He sent a guy out to tarp it for me and within a short time he had his crew on-site busting it out. Clint Jr. and his crew re-roofed and took care of all dry rot in two days. I highly recommend Cornell Roofing for your roofing project.“

“Just had them reroof the back half of our house in order to put on solar. They gave us a pretty good quote and they finished it quickly and it looks great. We even have a difficult spot on the roof and they were able to work around it with no issues. I definitely recommend them for any roofing needs. They also moved one of our vents and setup everything for the inspector. They cleaned up pretty well after they finished. One thing that would have been nice is if they cleaned the existing skylights while they were up there. But that wasn't why they were hired. They matched the color of our existing roof pretty well.“

“John Mortensen was recommended by a neighbor and now I can't recommend him enough. Our adventure started when our insurance carrier sent a present, requesting that we reroof our home or lose our homeowners policy. As if that wasn't enough, they required the process to be completed in a quick 60-days. John and Humberto were great to work with. From start to finish, they were communicative, able to work within our tight timeline, and come in on budget. They also did an amazing job as our roof survived the bomb cyclone of 2021 with ease. As an add on to the project, we wanted to open up a portion of the overhanging eve to let light into one of our rooms, Humberto spent the time to understand what we wanted and did an amazing job livening up our home office. A great, local team that I would not hesitate calling in the future.“

“Project- Balcony/Patio tear out and reinstall, including waterproofing, drainage, and repair of a leak.My house is about 80 years old; I discovered that there was a leak from a (nearly) roof-top patio down into the dining room wall below. Ben came over, assessed the situation, and was very up front about the price being determined by what they find after they pulled up the patio flooring. Unfortunately, it was kind of a mess under there. Ben explained the process and pricing very clearly and set up the different crews for each layer of the the tear out and reinstall. They were great about working with my schedule, Ben always called me back if there was an issue. The job, which was a multi-step project, was finished pretty quickly. Everyone was very polite, cleaned up and carted away any debris after every layer and they were even very nice to my dog, (who can be a little annoying ) it looks good now and I am confident that the waterproofing is solid. Will definitely rehire them for for future projects!“
