My 40-lb German Shepherd/Border Collie mix, Zaza, absolutely adores her - and you can tell the moment you meet Shelby that she genuinely has a way with dogs. She’s incredibly sweet, listens to exactly what I ask for, and Zaza comes out photoshoot-ready every single time.
Before finding Dirty Dawgs, I took Zaza to a more “institutional” groomer where they nickel-and-dimed for every little thing. Zaza was also terrified of the groomers there, which somehow resulted in an additional charge for her being “difficult.” The experience at Dirty Dawgs couldn’t be more different. Zaza is happy to see Shelby, I feel completely comfortable leaving her in Shelby’s care, and there are never any surprise charges.
Zaza’s grooming usually takes about two hours, and Shelby is typically booked 7–10 days out—which tells you just how in-demand she is! I love supporting small businesses, especially when the service is this personal and consistently excellent. I truly can’t recommend Shelby and Dirty Dawgs Grooming enough!”
