I avoid the dentist as much as possible because my teeth are so sensitive that even cleanings can be painful. Well, I chipped my tooth and needed a new dentist, so I chose this one. I ended up needing a crown (3/4). I had my first crown at another dentist years ago and it was a painful, lengthy experience. This procedure was finished within an hour and was painless, in fact my first painless procedure at a dentist in decades. The customer service from Dr. Khan, the front staff, and the dental assistant and hygienist was amazing. Wow, what an experience. From the moment I walked in to the time I left. I've never felt more welcomed at a business, let alone a dental office! Alright, admittedly, it had been some time since I had last went to a dentist, I'm talking 10 years or so, and I was pretty nervous. When I walked into the office, I was immediately met with a warm greeting from pretty much all the staff in sight and then told exactly what to do. I was a new patient and the whole check-in process took maybe 10min. As soon as I finished filling out the paperwork, my hygienist was ready and waiting for me. SHE. WAS. AWESOME! I truly appreciate the care I received on my first appointment by Dr. Khan and the Hygienist. They provide very thorough exams and cleanings. They have an exceptional front desk staff that is very attentive to detail and explains each process very well. I am grateful to have found a location that has some much to offer in one location.
