Highly recommend Concord Carpet and Hardwood - Mark was incredibly kind and very easy to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. Very reasonably priced for the work that was done. He responded quickly to all my questions and got the job done efficiently. Our new vinyl plank floors look amazing.

I heard about this business from a friend. We contacted Mark Cabrera. He was the nicest guy to deal with since that initial call to the end of the job. He was extremely professional. Offered options for a spot in the calendar for a free estimate, very convenient. He showed up for the measurements with an assistant and did a very accurate estimate of the floor area. He drew a sketch of the different areas, to give me an idea of where these numbers were coming from. He also brought samples of carpets they had available in stock. He was very honest and helpful. Mark is one of the most responsive, friendly, accommodating and flexible people to work with! I had contacted Mark while I was still in my 30-day escrow window for closing on my home. He told me he doesn't work on Saturdays but took time out of his weekend to meet me the day I got my keys to review my floors in person and provide me a quote the same night. I got two more estimates from other contractors, but Mark is the only one who gave me the option to overlay LVP over my existing dark mahogany hardwood floors. Also, would like to add this was one of the cheapest and fastest options as I needed to move in a week from that Saturday that he reviewed/quoted my floors....read full review
