Then I met Dr. Neda Nafei. At first glance, you might underestimate her—but that would be a mistake. She somehow twists, cracks, and realigns me like she’s solving a Rubik’s Cube blindfolded. It’s equal parts impressive and humbling.

Every visit, I walk out standing straighter, moving better, and wondering why I waited so long to come in.

And now, I can confidently say that I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Megan with my massage. I opted for a 60 minute massage but I wanted to focus ONLY on my neck and shoulders and I wanted to sit in a chair because I am too uncomfortable on a massage table. Unbroken Body was able to accommodate every request I made and this was by far the best massage I’ve had. Megan is very intuitive. She listens to your individual needs as opposed to just applying technique. That being said, her technique is EXCEPTIONAL. She made sure pressure was adequate and what I needed throughout and I felt comfortable enough to tell her if I needed anything to be adjusted, which is not always the case! “I've been enjoying my visits with Gloria and Align and Balance Chiropractic. I'm pregnant and I had severe hip pain starting around the middle of my second trimester where I could barely walk. I found her through my insurance, read other great reviews, and saw she was able to work with pregnant women so I decided to give this place a shot. Gloria's adjustments are gentle and effective and my hip pain is relatively gone! I'm in my third trimester now so having normal lower back pain since the baby is growing at a much faster rate. Gloria's weekly adjustments have been life saver where I'm not in an incredible amount of pain and able to keep up with my daily life. Cannot recommend Gloria enough! Additionally, her staff is so kind and makes scheduling appointments so easy. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment to my availability. They are also good with following up on anything. The office is on the street side of Diamond blvd, corner of the building!“
