I’ve had very good experiences with Xact Pool when my home warranty, Fidelity, sent them for pool pump repairs. Various things have happened but Zack has fixed it each time. When he hasn’t had the part it’s come in pretty quickly and he’s alway timely getting back for the repair. Home warranty has covered everything except once for a waterfall repair (which is excluded from our contract). Xact still repaired it for a reasonable price.
I have used Xact Pool & Spa for about 10 years, and I can't speak more highly of their professionalism, courtesy, detailed explanations and ability to get to the heart of the issue and repair as necessary. Zach always calls advising he's on the way, he's thorough, knowledgeable, professional and knows what he's doing! I have compete faith in their ability to get the job done. I must also add that their customer service is beyond 5 stars! I highly recommend them.
First, our service. Could not adjust the pool or spa temp. Appointment set through AHS. Originally for 6/13, but John called on 6/9 saying they had a cancellation and if they could come that afternoon. Zach called while on the way, as promised. Touch pad membrane was the suspect, so he hooked up a new one to test. That was it! Zach was polite, answered any and all questions.Regarding some of the other reviews. These folks do not determine what is covered and what is not. If they tell you something is not covered, do not shoot the messenger! Call your home warranty company. Yes, John's message when you call them is long, but it's very detailed. In the end it will make your experience (and theirs with you) better.
