“Dr. John Michelsen is an EXCELLENT Optometrist, I was a patient for years prior to my insurance recently changing and have always had nothing but great eye exams information about my eye health.

A recent exam at Kaiser proved to be less than ideal, so a recheck with Dr. John resulted in an accurate Rx.

His entire staff continues to be professional, courteous, and efficient.

I know I’m always going to get a top-notch exam, and nothing beats ending up with a pair of glasses with a correct Rx!“

“UPDATE 6/11: I just picked up my Cartier sunglasses and I am pleased.

For starters.. it took a good amount of weeks to get them. However, that is understandable because there is only 1 Cartier lab in the U.S. (Told to me by Orion Optical). So it was to be expected. I was super hype, so I called each week after paying to see when they would come in. When I called, they tasted me as if I were family. They knew exactly who I was, they spoke warm and welcoming. They always gave me any information that they had at that time.

Now onto the sunglasses. This is my 1st pair, but not my last pair of Cartiers. They are literally featherlight and look so good on my face and against my skin. The gradient color pops, the signature C..pops and I look good as hellbin them! I am very happy with this purchase and happy to have found Orion Optical

Update 5/23/26: Both my wife and I picked up our glasses. Her's came in about 2 weeks ago and only the Chopard regular frames were ready to be picked up today. My sunglasses are on the way!!! We both love the way our glasses look on our face. All the support that we received during the shopping process were intentional.

Disclaimer: My wife's regular frames needed to be readjusted twice and her sunglasses require more UV protection. However, all times were a flawless process. They had get come on, she discussed her issues, they listened and then executed. I love that about them. They make it feel like part of the family 100%.

Found this gem via Google. My wife and I wanted to go somewhere that had a vast amount of designer glasses. I called this spot and spoke to Veronica. She let me know that they take our insurance and they close at 6pm today. I told her that was perfect and that we would be there soon.

We got here and met with Veronica. She was super nice and very very knowledgeable. She walked me around so she could get an understanding of what I was looking for. I tried on Gucci, Cartier and more. She and my wife were so helpful in choosing my frames. I wanted both a regular pair and sunglasses. Victoria's patience was top notch..lol. Eventually, I found exactly what I needed. I chose a pair of Chopard frames and a pair of Cartier sunglasses. My wife chose Philipp Plein for both a regular and sunglasses frames. We did not feel like we had to buy anything. We were made to feel special with our purchases.

My wife's turn was next. Victoria was amazing with her as well. Veronica showed her many that hit the mark. My wife found a very nice pair of regular glasses.

Veronica has excellent customer service.

We did not know that a gentleman that was working there was actually the owner. His name is Sid. He is so nice and his energy is unmatched. He is in the picture with his wife (Mahnaz) and his son (Salar). His wife actually helped my wife pick out a pair of shades which she had no intention of getting because she normally wears transitional. His son is super warm and welcoming. We pray he does well on his Finals!!

Overall, I highly recommend this spot. They are having a BOGO sale for the month of May. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase from here. They have a variety of glasses to choose from.“
