I have been with BAY alarm for approximately 5 years. I cannot praise them enough! They are always there and so very helpful. Always cheerful and pleasant when I just need advice about the equipment and always there and concerned when I push the alert button. Love them all and would highly recommend them.
I had an issue with a defective button. Very sensitive and causing false alarms. Called Bay Alarm and Zak was very helpful in fixing the problem. New button is on its way. Zak was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you.
