After 20 years, we suddenly found traces of mice in our home. We decided that we needed a professional or else we'd probably be forever dealing with the problem. We did a search and came across Echobots. We saw good reviews: quick, honest and reasonable prices. So we called for a consultation. Josiah came quickly and, after looking around, gave us a rundown of what he observed and his proposed course of action which made a lot of sense. He also gave us a draft cost estimate which was quite reasonable. He did not pressure us. Instead, he told us that he'll have an estimate typed up for our consideration. Monica sent us the estimate within a day and we approved the work.

I was only a secondhand client, so to speak, given that Echobots was hired by our condo association for termite prevention/control around our properties, but from what I witnessed as a resident-owner of an apartment in the complex where they worked, they are an efficient and well organized team, communicative, very responsive to questions, good follow-up re: voicemail, and doing neat, clean work.

After receiving a quote from a pest inspector for over $1000 to deal with termites in a very small out building, I called Echobots and they quickly came out and did the same exact work for less than half the price. Monica and Josiah were extremely honest and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
