The builder gel is awesome and my nails haven't been this strong since my teen years. Additionally, she has the best artwork. Every new set is my favorite set. Then there's her personality. “I came here on several occasions over a two year span. All the nail technicians here are amazing & will produce quality work. Having said that, Liam is the absolute GOAT at a flawless nail set. He can match or recreate nail inspo incredibly well. You have to give credit, where credit it due!

Sadly, I will not be coming back. One of the main reasons I started coming here was that their schedule states that they are open until 7pm, so I overlooked several red flags about upkeeping & cleanliness. The place looks rundown and could use some TLC.

As a mom, late appointments are key, so I booked online for the last appointment of the day & they called me asking to come in earlier which I couldn't do. I asked if I had to reschedule, but they said no go ahead and come in, which I did, only to find out the staff was very upset because they wanted to go home (aside from the obvious smack taking in their language, had an attitude the entire time, kept making excuses about not being able to deliver the set I wanted, made comments about being hungry & wanting to go home to their kids) this is supposed to be a time for me to relax & pamper myself, but the whole experience was uncomfortable & awkward, like I'm sorry I booked the last appointment you advertised as available. Close shop earlier if you don't actually want to work the schedule you advertise online (I waited months to post this review to make sure I wasn't in my feelings about it)“

“Hope explains everything she does as she does it to manage one's expectations. Really enjoy the pumpkin peel as it gradually exfoliate with minimal irritation and redness. Nice ambiance in her 2nd floor suite with great lighting, tunes and breezes. Highly recommend!“
