We made the difficult decision to put our labradoodle to sleep. We called Restful Paws and they were able to get us an appointment with Karen the next day. It was nice to have one more night with our dog. The entire process was seamless from the very caring person on the phone to book the appointment to Karen's kindness. Karen explained everything as she was doing it, gave us the time and space we needed, and made the whole process as good as it can be. We were extremely impressed with how much detail and thought they put into the process. I had to say goodbye to my 15.5 year old little angel two weeks ago, and Dr Amy was amazing with my sweet little dog. I was terrified of having a traumatic experience… I had heard horror stories of euthanasias gone wrong and had major anxiety leading up to my appointment. Dr Amy was so patient, compassionate, and empathetic. She explained to us every step of the procedure and allowed us to have as much time as needed throughout the entire process. My dog had no idea what was going on, he was just enjoying his last moments of pets and cuddles in his home with loved ones, and he was able to peacefully pass onto doggie heaven surrounded by his family.
