Being a Realtor it is important to me to have reliable contractors available for inspection and repair resources. I have used Ned Clyde multiple times over the last 10 years. Luckily the properties had never had to have repairs done until Dec 2025. Myron and Jon did an inspection and supplemental inspection and gave a price. Due to our timeframe it was going to be a challenge. Ned Clyde came through and got the work done prior to our close of escrow. I will continue calling on them when the situation arises.
We called almost 4 years ago about sloping floors and cracks in a old house we bought. Our first home as a family! Jon from Ned Clyde came out and help us learn more about our almost 100 year old home and he ended up installing a few jacks in the basement to help level the floors.
