“I had mistakenly smashed my phone leaving my house causing my phone to crack & have the screen glitching lime green. Checked with apple care to schedule an appointment ASAP (Available was the next day but they take walk ins). Relayed the information & issue of the phone. Left my device & was told I needed a whole unit change which I understood. It only took 3 days before my phone replacement came in & was easily able to switch over with the iCloud backup. Thank you so much for the patience & understanding! Apple covered majority of the expenses so it was great.“
