We had an old water heater leaking. I called them to get an estimate and they offered half of what a previous company estimated. After the estimate, they offered to do the repair right away on the same day. We accepted. The plumber, Ed, was very professional and efficient. The whole replacement took no more than 90 minutes. We are super pleased with his services and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
Fantastic service, from start to finish. We called about a leak on Thursday afternoon, and Plumbing Solutions was the only company to pick up *and* send someone out the next day. They identified a leak from a pin-sized hole on one of our copper pipes, and fixed it in the same afternoon. Couldn't have been more thrilled with our service!
It was our first time using them, and I can definitely see myself reaching out again for any future plumbing needs.
Ive used them twice and both times they were fast courteous and educational. My most recent visit was just that a visit, which they came investigated provided some tips and then let us decide. I need to have three swivel valves replaced so will definitely be using them. Highly recommend them!
