I have a lot to say about White Crow Repair. Julia arranged an appointment for me and thoroughly explained what to expect regarding the job and potential costs. I appreciated that I wasn't charged a diagnostic fee upfront, as she took the time to clarify the process first. After scheduling the appointment, Andrey arrived. This guy is a true expert at fixing things. He repaired my dryer, which had heating issues, and just recently serviced my oven that was also not heating properly. Kerenza did a great job to identify the issue with the dishwasher and get it fixed. Initial issue was to change a filter and then the plugin box burnt out in a weeks span and they did get both the jobs done well. Ryan did the replacement of the box well

I was skeptical for a second because of the negative reviews. But if you look closely negative reviews are from new users probably bots. And a lot of positive reviews are from people verified with a good number of reviews under their belt. In any case, that's not very much related to the service. Which was great. I called in on Saturday about a broken washer. I got an appointment the same day and a time window. The technician showed up during the time window, diagnosed the problem in minutes and repaired it very fast. Yes, it was a common problem. Yes they had the part they needed on hand so I got lucky.
