“We have been Peshon's customers for many years. They have cleaned our area rugs regularly over the past 15 years. Rugs they have cleaned include several Berber style carpets from Tunisia. These are potentially delicate carpets and they have always done them effectively without color bleed or loss. The Peshons folks come, roll up the carpets and take them away. A week or two later they bring them back looking great. I like the people and I like the service.“

“Update: I had Suburban Dynamite come back and clean my carpets. Another excellent job! Before he started, Dustin spot cleaned several stains, walked around and looked for areas that needed special attention. Dustin has a truck mounted steam cleaning and does the work himself, using no chemicals. My carpets smelled fresh and looked great. My stairs were pretty dirty and he took his time going over each stair and each riser. He even left me some plastic slippers to wear until the carpets dried.I was so pleased with the cleaning of my windows and carpets, that I texted Dustin to ask if he could clean my 7 stained patio chair cushions. He responded quickly with a reasonable price so I scheduled again. Two nice guys came with the truck mounted unit and steam cleaned all sides of my cushions. They laid them out to dry on a canvas on my garage floor.I highly recommend Suburban Dynamite for windows, carpet, and cleaning outdoor cushions. “Wish there was a 7 Star review for Bob for his exceptional Quality and Value. I found KB Carpet Cleaners while looking for help to recover from a water flood event needing water mitigation in my living-room, bedroom, kitchen & dining-room. And Allstate Insurance hadn't responded in 3 days. My flood happened 3am on Thursday 2-15-24.Bob took to my call on Saturday night 2-18-24 & was at my home first thing Sunday morning. And he brought the right kinds of equipment to keep my house from turning into a moldy mess.MORE IMPORTANTLY. Bob spent time with me to explain the necessary steps I was facing in a major flood event which effected 4 rooms in my house.Because of Bob's educating me on his 2nd 2-20-24 visit I was able to visualize how badly AllState Insurance was in handling my claim after Allstate had taken 5+ days to show up.On his 3rd visit 3-22-24 Bob taught me how to confront Allstate with proper pictures & and explain myself to the Claim Adjuster in such a way that it forced Allstate to have their "preferred-vendor" water mediation return in a matter of hours to fix water containment & make the dehumidifiers work properly to expedite my restoration. [this ensures mold is defeated]FURTHERMORE Bob spent some time to teach me how to handle the coming stages of restoration. Bob made sure he left his equipment [3 fans] longer than expected while AllState "fumbled the ball" with their corporatized protocalls & red tape which has delayed me having the proper fans to mitigate this process even after 7 days [the preferred mitigator needs permission]. Thank God I had Bob's help. Without Bob's help mold would have likely set in.BOB Saved My butt.BOB Saved AllState Insurance's butt as well. As I'm alergic to mold and AllState's failure would was likely going to cause a lengthy and costly courtroom fight after AllState Insurance failed to properly address this problem even after complaining daily on the phone for a week.Allstate also owes some gratitude to Bob and KB Carpets.Needless to say from now on KB Carpets is my first phone call for water mitigation & carpet cleaning. And I would highly suggest you do the same.Also, BEWARE of other companies which quoted me $2,500 to $4,000 for their first day water mitigation without even laying eyes on my home or the needed water mitigation.... Bob quoted me $250 for the first visit and will certainly be far less than their quotes after equipment rentals and a 4th visit. Bob's integrity is amazing. THANK YOU BOB.“

I've had suits, coats, sweaters; wool or silk fabric swatches dry-cleaned; preserved a wedding dress. I like that they are very observant of spots and stains. They tell me if they identify a moth hole, missing button, or split seam. Their alterations are always professional. Excellent service.“

“Ignacio was the best. We had the carpet and tile cleaned before moving into a house previously owned by a hoarder with large "house" dogs. I wasn't expecting more than the peace of mind of knowing the carpets had been cleaned and deodorized and the tiles sanitized.
