“Andres was wonderful! We had a leaky bathroom sink, and figured I would fix it myself. As soon as I tried, the pipe shattered. We called and Plumbing Solutions came out right in the morning- Andres, specifically.He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He made the pricing information clear right off the bat, and explained everything he was doing. I couldn't be happier with the service and the outcome. Fast, helpful, get the job done, informative- I highly recommend! Additionally- this is the second time in two weeks they've been out. Two incredibly helpful guys came out on 1/2/2024 to fix a tiolet- another great experience.“

“Within 45 mins of taking my request for service, Miguel and an associate arrived at the house, that was AWESOME!They diagnosed the problem as being, a clog within the toilet bowl and not what I had originally thought it would be (a clog in the line under the house! This saved me some money to fix because to have to "snake" the outside lines takes a little more time but they were able to fix the problem with an auger directly through the toilet. I really appreciated this companies honesty, as I have been hijacked by services in the past. Miguel and his associate were very professional and pleasant and, as always is a happy surprise, they were careful not to create alot for me to clean up and I REALLY appreciate that, I cant tell you enough!! So thanks Echo Plumbing for a job well done!!I highly recommend ECHO PLUMBING!!“

We had a major back up in our shower (which was spewing sewage...) and toilet and he found the issue and solved it within a matter of a few hours. He also went above and beyond by helping to clean up the soiled shower afterwards which was a big relief to my 5 months pregnant self. highly recommend!“
“Fast, efficient, and possibly the best customer service I have ever received from a company. Stoddard plumbing is a family owned business who genuinely cares about their customers. After calling numerous places to help us with connection to sewer and septic tank abandonment (which if you are going through this it is quite a stressful process), it was so refreshing to speak with someone who actually wants to help you. Julie, who answers the phone, is incredibly knowledgeable about anything septic or sewer. She explained the entire process throughly to us and gave us all the information we needed. “These guys are great. I located them on Angie's list and could not be happier. They installed a new tankless water heater six months ago. It was less than 24 hours after I first called. The young guys who installed it were just so proffesional. We had a slight glitch just yesterday and they were right out. It turned out to be a minor adjustment in the pitch of the vent pipe. The technician Sam made a minor adjustment and once again we were up and running. Fantastic work.“

“This is my second review for Standard Plumbing, six years after the first one. In 2017 we bought ALL our bathroom and kitchen plumbing supplies, faucets, shower, shower pan, etc from Standard Plumbing. They have been very helpful. Over the years we have enjoyed the newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Six years later, one of the Grohe faucets started to have a very low water flow due to deposits.I went to the store to ask for assistance in buy a replacement part. One of the gentlemen working there, Johnny, has been very helpful. As soon as I provided him with copies of my 2017 purchases, he was able to track down the replacement part, reached out to Grohe and asked them to send us three replacement aerators for the three Grohe faucets. Not only did they send them, but the shipment was free of any charges, since the Grohe faucets have a true lifetime warranty.I really appreciate Johnny's help, so I thought that a nice note on Yelp would show potential customers that they will be in good hands with the Standard Plumbing team in Concord.We will certainly continue to use their services for any of our plumbing supplies needs.Thank you for your help and support, Johnny.“

He was able to identify, locate, and install a replacement for the old hardware that solved all issues. He made it look easy but it was his expertise that resolved our issue within 2 hours and allowed us to have water again in the house AND make we were able to make a dinner party only a few minutes late. thanks so much for the kind, knowledgable service.“
