Tim was very thorough, explained everything he did, and was friendly. He also was good with my dogs and made sure to place traps where they cannot access them. Very happy with his service so far!
IPM is very professional, responsive and effective. They have helped us with several issues, from yellow jackets to mice, and continue to provide preventative maintenance. Zach G. is awesome!
