Massage Envy offers massage, skin care, and total body stretch services to promote total body wellness and a healthy lifestyle. Their services include relief from aches and pains, relaxation, and rejuvenation. The team is great, with therapists like Richard, Tim, and Alvaro providing amazing massages and addressing specific pain points. They use perfect pressure and focus on areas requested, making each client feel at ease. The front office and scheduling staff are personable and caring, making it easy to work with them even when schedules change. The addition of services like foot and hand exfoliation is also available, although it may cut into the massage time. Overall, Massage Envy provides an excellent experience that keeps clients coming back.
I have been going to Veronica for a few months now - and she is absolutely amazing. She is really good and knowing the areas to focus on, and specifically what may be causing tightness, pain or discomfort. Her dedication to getting to the root of things is superb. Highly recommending going to her.
Everyone was very professional. My therapist was amazing. But unfortunately I will not be returning to this location due to the fact that you are charging extra for deep tissue massage and another fee for not being a member of your location. That would almost total the price of a massage. I have been with massage envy for over 10 years and have never had to pay these extras.
The two guys at the front desk (I think Antonio and Brian) were very professional and friendly. My therapist, Kennadi, was also great. All the little things were done perfectly - pressure, music, checking in, etc. I would highly recommend this location and working with Kennadi.
