Rachelle is an outstanding esthetician. I went to see her this week with concerns about spots on my face. She looked at my skin with her special lenses and advised me on the best way to treat my skin. She gave me a lovely facial and I feel radiant. Rachelle was kind, professional and extremely helpful. Rachelle is the best! She took care of my face and made sure that I was more than comfortable during the entire session. I learned a lot about skincare and also some new ways to improve my own personal skincare routine. The time with her flew by and I will definitely be returning!

WOW! I've struggled to find a reliable lash tech in the Concord/Pleasant Hill area. I took a chance with Serenity Beauty Lounge and hit the jackpot! Rachelle is amazing!! I got a lash lift done by her and she didn't disappoint. From the moment I walked in the shop, I felt welcomed as she greeted me with enthusiasm. She also ensured me that she would be wearing her mask while doing the service, which I appreciated. No one wears masks anymore :( Her room was very clean. I laid down on the bed (heated btw) and asked if I could wear my airpods during the session. In the past, lash lifts took almost an hour and the tech would leave the room for 15-20 minutes at a time to let the treatment set, so I needed music to help pass the time. With Rachelle, I didn't even need them because she was so quick! The whole process only took 30 minutes and we engaged in a great conversation. She also used vegan products that didn't smell or sting. I really want to go back, but my lashes are still curly :D almost 3 months later and they've held strong. She'll definitely be my go to place going forward. I highly recommend her!!!
