“Ron from Home Quality Remodeling and his team did a fantastic job adding a second story bedroom and bathroom to our home last year. This also involved redoing the family room on the first floor including removing an existing brick fireplace to make-way for a new insert and new surround. The work was completed efficiently and with quality results and we are very happy overall. Most importantly, Ron has stood by his work, we have had two minor issues come up since the completion of the work and in both instances he has had a crew out to evaluate the concern within a day or two and then quickly worked with us to create a plan to address and fix the problems. He was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and if any other home improvement projects come up in the future we wouldn't hesitate to use HQR again.“

“Oddly, Google reviews does not allow a choice for windows or window and door work, so I chose "general repairs and general construction". We are so happy with Dolan's/PED Construction. Over the years, they have done great work for us and have been excellent at repairing and reconfiguring our French doors and basement door when our home shifts due to the clay soil movement. A few years ago, they helped us chose the best option for a basement door which is aesthetic, but also performs quite well despite the occasional movement of our home due to the soil on which it sits. Travis, Danny and Pat are terrific; They are professional, accommodating and talented with many years of experience. The business is always fair with their charges and quick to help us. The scope included a complete remodel of the upper floor of our home including an interior wall removal, kitchen, dining, living room, and 4 bedrooms. He finished ahead of schedule!! We pulled a permit and all inspections passed without any issues. He has great subs and long working relationship with them, very customer service focused and willing to work with us on changes/additions. Our adventure started when our insurance carrier sent a present, requesting that we reroof our home or lose our homeowners policy. As if that wasn't enough, they required the process to be completed in a quick 60-days. John and Humberto were great to work with. From start to finish, they were communicative, able to work within our tight timeline, and come in on budget. They also did an amazing job as our roof survived the bomb cyclone of 2021 with ease. As an add on to the project, we wanted to open up a portion of the overhanging eve to let light into one of our rooms, Humberto spent the time to understand what we wanted and did an amazing job livening up our home office. A great, local team that I would not hesitate calling in the future.“
