“There were parts of our house from three different decades and you could tell exactly where one remodel stopped and another started. We finally did the whole interior at once. Matching hardwood went throughout, all the doors and trim were replaced, the kitchen was taken down to the studs and all three bathrooms got redone. We kept the original fireplace and refinished it instead of ripping it out. That ended up being one of my favorite decisions because the house still has some of its old personality.“

Once we contacted them for some roof work, Roy Mol, our dedicated project manager showed up the very next day to review what was needed and provided a quite immediately. Most other contractors we reached out to never actually got back to us which leads me to the second highlight about Green Group. The level of communication provided by Roy and Ailer was excellent. They were always in touch about the status of the project, on-site to inspect the work, and provided updates consistently with a level of white glove service you don’t typically see. The crew was punctual, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. And our porch looks fantastic! 10/10 would recommend (and ask for Roy if you can)“

“Ramiro Solis called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I explained the problem I was having with the outlet for my sprinkler control working only sporadically. He got right to work and found some loose connections. When he finished tightening everything, he took time to double check that the sprinklers were working - he even waited 5 or 10 minutes before checking again to make sure the outlet was staying live. I am very happy with him and his work.“

I met with Shay for a home consultation recently and was given a comprehensive bid to renovate two bathrooms, a kitchen, and dining room fireplace. He was knowledgeable, detailed and even pointed out potential water damage from an unrelated roof inspection that my husband and I ended up having to handle right away. I interviewed two other contractors and HQR's bid was pretty comparable with consideration of adding the cost of sourced materials. The only reason we did not move forward with renovations was because the roof issue turned into a separate nightmare. But we look forward to working with Shay and the team in the near future. Also, Bella was a delight to talk to over the phone for my first point of contact.“

My experience with Elliott and Son Roofing dates back to 2015, when the roof of my residence needed to be completely replaced. Elliott & Son Roofing did the job for me !! I have never been more satisfied with their crew/services; then and now. I have had no problems with my roof, but in my mind I know, too, that the company will always be there for me, if I need help. The type of roof that I have chosen, compared to other types of roof in the market were explained to me, which included the warranty, roof-life, colors, completion time, crew work days /hours, and cost of the materials/labor, which I found to be very reasonable. I made my decision and have not had any regrets. The crew came as scheduled and performed the roof job very satisfactorily, in a timely manner, as discussed and agreed upon. In the 8 years that I have been calling Elliott & Son for assistance (I must admit, have not always been pertinent to my roof that has been installed, but exteriorly-related), I find Norm to be problem-oriented, he listens, problem-solves, and demonstrates concern and attentiveness. I made a conclusion that this best roofing company has a complete understanding of "what, how, when, and why". “A few years after my husband died, I finally hit a wall when I saw a puddle of water by the front door and realized the roof was leaking all the way through into the house. I started calling roofing companies and no one would come out because they said it's not safe to walk on tile in the rain, I didn't know what to do and then I remember when I was a kid I knew a family that owned a roofing company and sure enough they were still there! I explained to John what was going on and he very calmly said don't worry I'll send someone out right away, he'll do a quick patch job and then when it stops raining, we'll come out to go over your entire roof and see what's needed. They did just that, and when they came back to do repairs and replace cracked tiles they were very thorough and gave a great price. I will never forget that they were the only ones who would come out when I needed them most!“

We hired Cosmic Renovation to redo our Spanish style tile roof approximately 2 years ago. They are very good at explaining the process and the details without making it all feel like a big upsell (other companies did make us feel like that). Their price is fair, not the most expensive but not the cheapest but they deliver well on what they promise. The value comes from the quality of service and workmanship. Now that the new roof has been up for a couple years I can safely say it's doing the job perfectly. Definitely recommend Cosmic for your roofing needs, they are good at what they do from start to finish. “We Had contracted with expressions for three phase home Remodel. They completed phase one in a timely and professional manner and the work was fantastic!
The craftsmanship and the professionalism of the crew was something I haven’t seen in a long time, and it was refreshing.
After phase 1, there was a leak issue due to an unforeseeable situation. We advise expressions of the situation, and they immediately jumped into action and remedied the situation at no cost to us, except for the cost of a replacement door. The door was not under the original contract.
Arnold and his crew are hands-down one of the best construction firms that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time. They will continue to do our work going forward, and I encourage the reader to reach out to them for any work that they may need.
