I enjoy coming here. They always take care of Tito and Bella like family- but it’s so difficult to reach someone. I try to call first thing at 8a for same day sick appointment and can’t never reach anyone. Perhaps the opening hours of 8am is wrong.
I recently had an eye exam at this practice and was incredibly impressed with the level of care. The exam was very thorough; the doctor took their time, explained every test, and ensured I understood my vision health completely. I was particularly pleased that they were able to help me find specialized custom lenses that I've been looking for.

I wanted to get bangs but wasn't sure with what shape was the most flattering for my face so I was looking for someone with more experience. When I first walked in, I noticed how cozy and cleanly the place was which is a very good sign lol. Crystal is also amazing. She took her time listening to my wants, what I don't want, as well as my concerns. I felt very comfortable communicating with her. She also makes it very easy to talk to which is important for me because I'm awkward and have anxiety. She was also very good at blending all of my wants into the style. I would 100% come back in the future at some point and would definitely recommend this place to others!

She then did her mathematical mixing magic to produce a softer, more sun-kissed color. She is equally gifted with scissor skills. Jimmy Breen's isn't a large place. It appears to have been made out of a shipping container and refurbished into a barber shop with 3 chairs. But that doesn't really matter. What matters is they know how to cut hair. To be honest I've only ever gone to Sean. He's a super friendly guy and I'm always happy with the cut he gives me. I actually tracked him down when he left the previous shop I was frequenting him at because I gotta keep looking this good lol The other barbers are friendly too and their customers always walk away looking fresh from what I've seen. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing tan. Super natural and I was a first timer and loved everything. We were busy decorating a bridal shower and I came unprepared but still went because I would have felt horrible being a no show and she made me feel super comfortable and was very sweet. Amazing facial today by Jess! had the works with red light therapy. My skin feels amazing! Also waxed my eyebrows that Jess had tattooed a couple months ago. They just needed to be shaped a little bit. And for the first time ever I had my upper lip waxed and I was waiting for it to really hurt and she was amazing. It did not hurt. I had a chin implant, neck liposuction, and Botox injected into my masseter muscles a few months ago and forgot to post a review. Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive and embarrassed to undergo cosmetic procedures as a male and initially worried that the plastic surgeon’s office would be an intimidating environment for me. I was already insecure and it took a lot for me to confidently decide that I wanted these procedures. Dr. Nogan and shatti NP, alongside their office staff, were excellent. The office staff knew my name and small details about me, which immediately helped relax me and made me feel welcomed. This was such a big deal for me. Shatti also has one of the most keen eyes I’ve ever seen and immediately observed my concern and knew how to address it, with such high skill. I can’t emphasize this enough - she is such an expert at spotting facial imbalances and knowing exactly where to safely inject Botox. I never once felt afraid and knew I was in safe, competent hands. She also has a warm bedside manner and a positive joking mood which makes you feel secure and at home. Finally Dr. Nogan is one of the most humble, incredibly skilled, and patient-centered surgeons I have ever met. I never felt rushed and felt that I could fully elaborate on my concerns - but more importantly, knew that my concerns would be validated and considered. Dr. Nogan also has such a unique and warm personality- you feel like you’re talking to your best friend and can talk to him openly without embarrassment.

I never write reviews, but I got the No-Peel-Peel facial and it was amazing! I’m 42, and I wanted to do something to even out my skin tone and help with some of the fine lines. This facial met those expectations and more! Not only did the blotchiness of my skin completely fade and fine lines blur, but the elasticity of my cheeks was noticeably plumper, and there is now a dewy glow to my complexion that I hadn’t had in years. I did a series of 3 facials, 2 weeks apart, and I think the pictures speak for themselves! I liked this so much that I bought another 3 pack to do again in a few months. Highly recommend this facial!

Each month my girlfriend & take a day to try something new. This month we chose to visit this magical place. The owner Leslie is absolutely wonderful. We chose the salt cave and the ionic foot bath. Let’s just say we laughed A LOT during the foot bath as there’s nothing funnier than fart noises. We were in awe of what our water looked like in the end. We will 100% be back! My husband and I took an evening Pilates class with Jasmine while we’re in town. It was great! My first tattoo was a great experience everyone there was so nice and reassuring especially my artist Derek he was so kind and super funny and he talked me through each step and it made the tattoo hurt way less than I thought! And his tattoo room is very not intimidating and happy he had rubber ducky’s and other things in his room high toy recommended skin envy for your first tattoo!
The entire piercing process was so easy and all the staff were so friendly. Raphael pierced my helix and I barely even felt it. He walked me through each step as he pierced and made sure I felt comfortable. The needle was sterilized and there were tons of flat back jewelry options to choose from. I will definitely be back.

I am so glad that I chose Muetzel to replace my broken watter line. Their attention to detail was impressive. They were so courteous with my wife. They laid down protective flooring from the front door to the basement. They wore booties indoor. The boring contractor's machine broke down that morning so they hurried one in from another job and completed the job that day. Their communication with my wife and me (I was recoving from surgery at OSU) was impressive. Their removal of stones from the dig sight and backfilling exceeded my expectations.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Two weeks ago, my electrical outlet started to burn. I had to call the fire department and it knocked out the outlet in my bedroom and in my living room and one in my dining room. My landlord called Quality Electric and it came out and surveyed everything and gave my landlord a quote. Took him a minute to respond but today Austin and Alex did a phenomenal job. They prepared the damage and they gave me three dedicated outlets for my window AC in my bedroom and living room. They even gave a dedicated out for my computer equipment. They explained everything of what they were doing. I would recommend anyone to them.

I called 10 locksmiths for prices to make 1 key for my 2004 Lexus RX330. Gold is the only local locksmith certified by AAA. Prices ranged from $180 to as high as $545. I discovered the higher quotes included "flashing" the car OB Computer, the lower to mid-range quotes didn't, knowing that was going to "an additional fee" charged once on the site to raise the price $200. Joe from Gold called back and immediately said my car didn't need to be "Flashed" based on make and model. I was impressed he took the time to research it, because I knew this already the key lost in post hurricane mail from Florida was a replacement I paid $400 in 2016for it that key did not open the rear lift gate.
Although Gold wasn't the cheapest quote, I chose them because of Joe's honesty. They worked around my schedule Manny met me at home after work and within minutes he had two new keys. I was very impressed with the professionalism and it was really good experience and Manny sync'd the rear tailgate. Cheapest isnt always the best, Money well spent.
I would recommend Gold to anyone the needs a locksmith with AAA certification.

Call them first, don't waste your time calling anyone else like we did. We lost the key fob to our car and got the run around from other companies. Shai was there within 15min of our call on a Sunday afternoon. He wasted no time making keys and a fob for us and 10min later he was done. Not to mention the fob was identical to the OEM one. Shai was fast, friendly and very professional.

Your technician damaged our front door and destroyed our key and deadbolt. He took $180 for the service and when we called to complain about the damage, the phone number lead to the tech at first, who assured us that if we called Columbus Metro locksmith we would be made whole. When we called, the number lead to a different locksmith and every time we called subsequently to get ahold of Columbus Metro it was a different locksmith company. Surely it's an answering service and no one could help me. And now, I cannot get anyone to answer. Do not use their services.

All of the carpeting in my house was way over due for a cleaning. Also, my dogs got into some prunes and made a big mess that you can probably imagine. The King of Kings Carpet Cleaning did a great job on my entire home. The dog mess did require a follow up visit but they got the stains out and didn't charge anything extra. Prices are reasonable and they were very fast and friendly.

They did a good job on the whole, and communicating and scheduling with them was seamless. We did a deep clean, which took 5 hours. It was done rather well, and the cleaning team of two people were friendly and worked hard.
I would say that attention to detail was a problem. While they did the oven and the refrigerator perfectly, other more simple things were neglected. For example, bedroom carpets were not vacuumed, and there were crumbs on the toaster and the baker's rack, and there was still grime around the base of the toilet. These are things that need to be addressed in a deep clean. Further, they did some cute little flourishes, such as arranging the bed linens in the shape of a bowtie. While this is cute, it doesn't feel like a great use of the cleaners' time when other details were neglected.
They worked so hard on the house (lovingly: and my roommates bathroom was a total disaster!). I am grateful for their time and attention to detail. This was our first clean and I am excited to continue enjoying my clean house with their help!

Just finished having our side and front porches coated. Our expectations were high as they had done a nice job on our garage floor a year ago. We were not disappointed. The owner, Rick, continued to shine with his responsiveness and suggestions. The actual installation crew, led by Little Tyler, was amazing. They dealt with heat (90+), humidity and rain over several days, but they were not satisfied until it was perfect. It took longer than expected to complete but because of factors they did not control. They worked through the weekend to keep the process moving. For the price, they are so worth it. Highly recommend.

Elite home remodeling saved our sanity and our bathroom!
We unfortunately hired an inexperienced contractor to initially update our master bathroom and fix a leak issue, but they ended up making it worse. Our neighbor referred us to Elite, and working with the Elite team restored our faith in humanity. They are extremely transparent about expenses, options for finishes, and how long our project would take. The team guided us throughout the whole process and made sure that we visited their showroom (and partner showrooms) to ensure we inspected everything we picked out. While they were fixing our bathroom they uncovered so many other issues the other contractor left behind. The team walked us through what they needed to do to make it right. We appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Getting on Elite's book is worth the wait! We now have a master bathroom that we absolutely love and look forward to re-hiring Elite for future projects. Thank so much turning something so awful and frustrating into such a masterpiece!
UPDATE: In September, one month after Jeff finished our deck, there was a strong storm and our neighbor's massive tree fell on the deck, destroying the privacy wall and causing damage to the posts, along with other damage to our house. Jeff was adamant on making sure our deck was fixed right. Upon inspection of the frame of the deck, it was PERFECTLY INTACT, just as square and level as the day he built it. That speaks volumes about Jeff's craftsmanship. Of all the contractors we've worked with over the years, Jeff is by far the best. He truly cares about the people he works with and the job he's been tasked to do. He will always be the person I recommend to anyone thinking about having a new living space built onto their home. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank You, Jeff!
Any big home project can be nerve-wracking, but working with Jeff was a breeze. He took all the anxiety out of everything we were worried about. I can't say enough good things about Lyle Environmental. We have an older home and were concerned when we found asbestos and mold. They took care of the issue for a VERY reasonable price and all of the employees I encountered were friendly and incredibly professional. Once they were finished, they were so clean and organized, it was almost like they were never there. The representatives at the office are also very accommodating and kind, which goes a long way when dealing with an issue such as this. Lastly, I've been lucky enough to have Tom, the owner, out to our home for some follow up concerns and he is so knowledgeable and understanding when speaking to his customers. I recently used Stryker pest control, not once but twice in the last month and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They first came over when I had a yellow jacket investigation in my basement that was going into my radio studio, yikes. They took care of it, and they guarantee their work!
Owner John came over a few days later to make sure I was happy and I showed him something in my studio and he goes. ‘Oh my gosh that’s termite damage’. Stryker gave me a reasonable quote and took care of that termite work within a couple of days and went above and beyond , in my opinion. Isaac Karg has been coming to our office for quite sometime now. He is always very pleasant and very efficient with the pest and bug treatment. We get ants every year during spring we have not seen any in a long time due to his treatments. We also get spiders and they all pop up dead and we appreciate the services a lot.
They are the real deal! Don’t bother with all the others trying to trap every animal in your neighborhood. We had squirrels in the attic of our 1890s brick house. Our guy Chris found 10 holes they were using for access. He systematically closed the holes and used a modified trap to create a single one-way exit that let all the squirrels leave but not reenter. It worked great! After he was done there were no more squirrels in the attic. We live one block from a large park that is full of squirrels. There are hundreds of squirrels in our neighborhood. Everyone else i called wanted to start with trapping and exterminating ALL the squirrels they could catch. But without effective exclusion work on our home new squirrels would just move in very quickly. Those sorts of solutions are myopic. Critter Removal Ohio are holistic in their approach and there was never any reason to harm any squirrels!

Yellowjackets were preventing my wife and I from being able to safely go in or out of our apartment, so we urgently needed assistance (same day). Many of the larger, more advertised companies could not accommodate that, so we took a chance and checked on Craigslist.The owner personally guaranteed quick service and was at our apartment within an hour. He did his thing quickly and efficiently and was extremely nice and obviously passionate about his business. Thank God for Spartan! I hate mice. Spartan comes out whenever I need help getting the mice out of my basement/air conditioner/yard. They are quick to come out, but take the time to explain how the mouse bait/ trap works. The trap is completely protected from squirrels and larger animals. Also, dogs would have to eat a lot of bait to get sick, and that is only if they do get the trap open which looks impossible to do. I have used them for at least 2 1/2 years.TL; DR: Very helpful, quick to respond, lots of experience.

Had a raccoon hiding out in my chimney due to a damaged chimney cap. Tyler was friendly and communicative during the process. Raccoon was trapped and new cap put on within a week.
First, John the technician squeezed me into his schedule toward the end of the business day. He explained very clearly the steps that Varment Guard would take to end my rat problem. He said that he would make two or three follow up visits to check on progress.
I cannot overstate my appreciation for Norm Pitzer. He has true integrity and stands behind his work. Norm took on a large job to grind down a true stump (after a poor job done by a “professional “ tree company), raise a flower bed, regrade our front and back yards (bringing in a semi of soil), seeding, overseeding, purchase & set up 11 sprinkler stations., and replace a few bushes.
When Mother Nature caused a truly bizarre weed infestation, Norm stayed in close communication, even coming over on a Sunday morning to solidify a game plan before the start of the work week. We were not charged for all the additional materials and man hours to reseed.
You can trust Norm to see your project through until you are satisfied with the result. They definitely don’t make ‘em like Norm anymore.

I contacted Russell Landscape Services to get a quote on taking a tree down. They were very quick to respond and were thorough in explaining the process. Within 3 days they had someone out to our house to access. The next day I received an email with the price and explanation of what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the cost was out of our range as it's a 60 ft tree and we had NO idea what it costs to take down. I received an email back with a referral from Russell himself of another company that might be cheaper but still quality. This is huge. They apologized and spoke highly of this other company in regards to our needing a little cheaper price tag. It is all of these things that will definitely cause us to go back to Russell Landscape in the future. I highly recommend them!

So I've used numerous tree trimming companies over the years, but I've come to solely trust and rely on Tim Ascher as my arborist. Tim is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and very responsive. He does each estimate himself and oversees each job himself. I can count on the job being quoted correctly and done right the first time. If you have a tree that you're trying to save, Tim will look at its environment, and do everything he can and give you his honest and knowledgeable opinion if the tree can be saved. Tim is my go to Arborist and I won't use anyone else!!!

Dental trauma is real. For years, I’ve avoided walking into a dental office unless I was in excruciating pain and had no other choice. The stress of it all has prevented me from scheduling dental appointments, but let me tell you why.
I know some folks are thinking, "Why not just go twice a year and avoid all the extensive work?" To that, I say—listen, I tried. But childhood trauma is a beast. As a kid, I told the dentist I could feel the drill, and he flat-out ignored me. And it didn’t just happen once. As an adult, it’s happened three more times. The last time was a few years ago, and after that, I was done. No more. That is…until February 26, 2025.
What changed? My husband. He had been singing the praises of Hoffman Dental for a while. This is my year to be completely healthy, so I took a deep breath, picked up the phone, and made the appointment. Meghan answered and immediately put me at ease. That was step one.
On the day of my visit, I pulled into the parking lot and just sat there—twelve full minutes of talking myself into going inside. "You got this, Gail. It’s going to be okay." Finally, I walked in, greeted by an amazing staff, and soon, Michele called my name. My heart was racing, but I followed her to meet Dr. Cheryl. And at that moment, through my nervous smile, I let out a whispering sigh.
The experience was different from the start. They gave me a full tour of the office before I even sat in the chair. X-rays? Normally, I gag, every single time. But this time? Not once. And get this—they gave me dark glasses and a blanket to put on. Yes, a blanket! Talk about next-level comfort.
Now, let’s be real—when the actual cleaning began, I braced myself. I could feel my body tensing up, but yet again, they exceeded my expectations. The care, the patience, the way they explained everything? Unmatched. So much so that when they recommended I see a specialist for another matter, I actually agreed. Me!

Fast forward a few sessions and I began to notice a SIGNIFICANT difference in the way my body feels and moves in just a short amount of time. Both Dr.Tyler Kelly and Dr. Kovacs did very thorough assessments on me and found some things I would have never even considered. I felt heard, acknowledged and supported by both of them with incredible care. They are both very intelligent and take the time to clearly explain things which I appreciate since I have a background in Exercise Science, allowing me to follow along as much as I’m able to. Investing here was one of the best things I’ve done for current and future self!!
Dr Randy and staff are great! Very friendly. Attentive. They truly care. He has treated my son and myself over the years. I don't live locally and am happy to make the trip every two weeks. There are plenty of options where I live but I choose to drive from a rural area to be cared for by inThrive.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jeffrey now for years and he is always so good to me along with all of his staff. He knows I do my best to stay out of the office as much as I can, but when I need to be here, I need it now as I am a plumber by trade And the calls don’t stop coming. Dr. Jeffrey is always very quick and courteous and leaves me feeling better than ever every time I see him. I was always very nervous about chiropractic and he has completely changed my mind. The absolute best veterinary practice! The staff and care is impeccable. We have been taking our animals here for about the last 15 years and even before the current and beautiful state of the art facility. If you want a caring vet that provides gold standard care, it is here. I cannot say enough positive things about the kindness, and competence shown to myself, my husband, and our beloved pets. They have helped us navigate some tough health issues with our dogs. The staff thoroughly answers questions, takes his/her time with you, and at times even sits on the floor with your pet so they feel more comfortable. At my most recent visit, my pup didn’t even seem to notice her shots being administered. Thank you to the staff and owners that obviously share the passion and love of animals, and their well being!

I came in and explained all Louie and I had been through (even told to euthanize my sweet fur baby) and in a moment of Kindness and compassion…Dr. Harrison came up with a plan for his treatment and performed it! Dr. April Bauer and the team here are wonderful! This is our little man’s PCP and they’ve been wonderful with accommodating last minute emergencies. Just picked him up from surgery today, compassion and communication seems to be a top priority here.

I cannot say enough good things about how Matt handled our dog. We went for the first time today and he was so sweet with our anxious little rescue. I was a little nervous because she gets so upset, especially with men, but she warmed right up to him. Usually she dives out of a groomer's arms and into mine, but she was content to let him continue to cuddle her while he updated me. Poor girl needed a buzz cut but allowed him to do everything easily. I'm amazed! 10/10 will be going back.
Michelle is very good about changes I want to try. Price is very reasonable and facility is very close to my house. Hannah loves the bandannas Michelle puts on her, they change her, she acts like a princess.

Heartfelt Yoga Studio has been a wonderful space to re-explore yoga. The level of care and inclusivity has been a breath of fresh air. My favorite class has been the pilates-yoga fusion class--Jess is an engaging and encouraging instructor. Anyone who is looking for yoga (or an intro to pilates-yoga fusion) should definitely take a class--the atmosphere and supportive space truly are *chefs kiss*.
I’ve been coming to Sipra’s classes here for a few months now and I love it! Each class is different and she caters each one to your needs. She makes the classes feel intimate and intentional so you get the most out of each session. Everyone is incredibly accepting so I’d recommend it for any level.

Took my first yoga class at LIT Life + Yoga yesterday evening. Was thrilled to find Reden Yoga in 2022 after my long term teacher retired. Viniyoga should be a must try for everyone for healing & maintenance. Great bodily yoga practice that also addresses the mind, spirit, etc. Gentle and for all bodies, accommodations offered for digging in a bit more or hanging back.

I was nervous about trying yoga for the first time due to my lifelong low flexibility and a recurring back injury. Not only have I seen improvements in both over the last four months, but attending classes has been a blast. When scheduling cooperates, my week usually consists of classes taught by Marla, Jess, Kiernan, Heather, and Alex. When I'm traveling, the studio offers a livestream option which is convenient. Also, the pricing is affordable. In general, it feels like the studio and the instructors care a lot about making their practice accessible.
Online Mysore program is amazing. All the instructors are passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping the students. One on one training with the owner Taylor has helped me become a more confident practitioner, teacher, business owner and person. Highly recommend this place to yogis of all levels.

The workout is fantastic but what is even better is the community that everyone at the Butcher Shop has created. I am at least twice as old as most people working out but the encouragement I receive makes me feel like I fit right in. If you want to seriously get into the best shape of your life and find the instructors that brighten up your whole day look no further. I love this place!
I’ve been going to Club Pilates in New Albany for about two months now and I’m loving it! The instructors are all so nice and helpful. The workouts are enjoyable but challenging. It’s been so fun to learn and improve with each class.
The instructors are great. My only complaint is that I often am not able to book classes on Class Pass as they read that they are full, but then in the Club Pilates app they are open. That has been very disappointing to me.
Got my mat certifications there. Competent, kind, fabulous teachers and facility.
I have been going to this studio weekly for about 7 months. I look forward to going because it’s so different each time! I love the different class times since it’s easy to fit a class into my schedule. I have learned so much and it’s really helped strengthen muscles I forgot I had! I was very nervous about finding someone who specializes in oncology massage. I was looking for a therapist who would understand what my body has been through over the last year (multiple surgeries for two different and unrelated cancers as well as 6 months of chemotherapy). Dana listened and asked all of the right follow-up questions to put my mind at ease. She recommended a treatment path that would alleviate the general stress and tension that my body has been under, as well as improve circulation to help with the neuropathy in my hands and feet. Dana is amazing and I highly recommend her. The office is professional, relaxing and easy to get to!

Marcie did my Lymphatic Drainage Massage and she was so wonderful. I told her how bad the massages were hurting after I had my surgery and she was so understanding. I was so pleased even before she came out to greet me and especially after. I will definitely be back and the prices are VERY reasonable compared to other places. I have been seeing Tom for a month or so now. I have chronic conditions and acupuncture was recommended to me for pain relief. I have seen positive results and he is always able to provide treatment that pinpoints my current pain. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! He is also very caring and understanding of patient needs!

I had a sports injury that led to a lot of pain due to tendon and nerve damage. After a few days of the pain not going down, I went to Columbus Acupuncture and the next day pain had gone down a lot. I waited a few days before my next treatment, and again, after treatment a very noticeable decrease in pain the following day. I did a few more treatments following that and I am back to playing at 100% with no pain. Also, my father had a slipped disk and was having trouble sleeping because he could not lay down without pain in his back. After two consecutive treatments over the weekend, his pain was mostly gone and could sleep comfortably again. Great work, keep it up!
Dr.ding is amazing, truly, his knowledge of old Chinese medicine & the human body is exactly what I was looking for, he helped me with extreme muscle tension I was having in my knee. I highly recommend him to everyone.
I’ve gone here twice for back/sciatica nerve pain and have had great results from treatment. They are very kind and gentle with you throughout the process and I always end up dozing off in every session because I’m so relaxed.
