Professional, polite, and skilled! Our technician, ******, completed our project in line with our estimate, and his work was excellent. He also took care to clean everything up afterward. It was a night and day sort of difference than the hack of a “locksmith” who destroyed our lock and left a mess. I would recommend this company over the many day workers that pop up via search engines.

Another great landmark will be gone soon. I'm sorry to see it go. Great value and service for 52 years. His kids and grandkids have other things to do then to take over the legacy that was built and run the family business. It's a shame.

I have used this Lock Shop for decades. They have always been able to help me out with my key/lock needs. In reading the 2-Star Review from Melanise L., I feel as though she may not realize the cost involved to do the services for her. They do not appear to me to be out of line factoring in all charges. This business HAS to make a reasonable profit for them to exist to be able to help her. The $65 Service Call, is within the boundaries of normal labor charges used by MANY businesses as of the date of her review.
