Graceland/Clintonville OH shopping center location, Maddie and Kiersten helped me get set up with a membership. I am new to tanning so they walked me through everything, how to get the most effective tanning experience, all that good stuff. Super friendly and attentive to my questions. The location is super clean and feels like it's being invested in (didn't know tanning places had red light??) The entire time I was there they were either helping a customer or cleaning something. I'm sort of an old head and appreciate a good customer experience, so wanted to shout them out.

Listen, when I say these girls are literally like family they are literally like family! They’re my little nieces and daughters lol. I’ve literally built a A bond with several of the girls like Chloe, Katie and Kelcey, which has moved to a different store. I’m going through a little rough patch in life, and these girls lift me up every time I walk through that door with hugs, smiles, great conversation, and I even was given a gift that put me in tears and made me cry. Literally, it made my whole entire week. I can’t say enough about these girls in this whole facility in general it’s amazing. Keep up the good work girls. It will pay off.

Kelsey is so sweet! It doesnt matter how early i come in, she’s always got a smile on her face and she’s energetic and ready to chat. she’s always keeping me updated on the newest and best products, and she’s so knowledgeable about them that she can tell me specifically about each lotion and why one may be better than the other etc. she always has positive attitude and treats me like a friend when i come in! She’s really leveled up the palm beach experience for me and i will continue to come to this location just for her. I love her vibes and her energy. thank you kelsey ❤
