This appointment was a gift from my daughter for Christmas and she was just as disappointed as I was. The employees were welcoming and the owner was the one who did my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I came out almost bald 😔 and the picture I showed her is on her website. I came in with a head full of hair and left much much shorter than the picture. I wasn't expecting it to look exactly but at least close to it but it was nooooo where near what I wanted . The third picture is what I wanted and the other 2 is what I received 😔

Wow!!! The first word that comes to mind when I think about my experience. The entire staff is amazing!! Today was my first visit; however, I did not feel like a stranger. My entire experience from beginning to end was done in excellence. I will certainly be back!! Thank you, Lori 🙌🏾
