Chris and Brian came out to clean carpets and a sectional couch just prior to listing our home. We had just completed some remodeling and I wanted to make sure everything was in pristine shape for buyers. I'm not an easy customer to please given my high standards for my home, but Chris and Brian exceeded my expectations and made the sectional look brand new as well as got a few construction stains out of a few traffic areas. Very professional and personal service. Couldn't be happier with the results! I came back from vacation and unfortunately had a very large pet stain that was not cleaned up by who was watching her. I called MCT, they gave me a quote which was a better price than any of the other ones I called and they were able to send someone out that day which was fantastic news! Alan called 20 mins prior to see if I was home and went right to cleaning up the carpet when he arrived. He was very nice and did an outstanding job on the carpet!
I had mct carpet cleaning come into my home to do a cleaning to my sectional and front room carpet... They did a great job! I couldn't be more pleased with the service from the courtesy they showed, to the friendliness and respect they had for me and my home and best yet at a price that beat the big companies out there. I will definitely have them in my home again. Thanks Chris for a job well done!!
