I was looking for a salon one morning for my daughter's haircut (I'm from out of town). We called Platinum on 5th and spoke to Mik. She took us as new walk-in clients on the spot. Mik is very positive, good energy, and was patient with my daughter's haircut. She listened to my daughter's vision and Mik delivered it better than we expected! She gave my daughter such an amazing cut that I ended up cutting my hair with Mik too! Whoever was her no show at that time... that's unfortunate but thank you because we had a great appointment. Aloha and Mahalo Mik!!!!!

I had a great experience getting my blonde done here! I showed my stylist a few inspiration pictures, and she completely understood the look I was going for. The color came out exactly how I wanted—bright, blended, and still really natural-looking.
She also made sure to keep my hair healthy throughout the process, and it honestly feels just as soft as it did before. Everyone at the salon was friendly, and the whole appointment was really comfortable.
I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for someone who does amazing blondes, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out!

I recently got a haircut and color done at the salon. It was my first time visiting and both the cut and the color turned out great! The salon was clean and professional and everyone was so kind. I’d highly recommend Mik for color! She took her time and really understood what I was looking for. Highly recommend the salon!
